Purchasing Policy:
On completion of your commission form you will be sent a verification email. Jennifer Gennari Fine Art will ship the artwork to you within 7-21 days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.
Payments; eCommerce Payment Processor; Payments are made through a third party payment processors, Stripe, and processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Jennifer Gennari Fine Art, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.
Customer Complaints; If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify me within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to contact@jennifergennari.com
